Santa Project

Are we loving this time of year yet????

My home is feeling so festive...so put together...so CUTE!

I LOVE IT!

Well...this next project has been waiting a YEAR to do...yes I saw this on Thrifty Decor Chick last year and knew I HAD to make it :)!

It was an easy fun....NAP TIME....project to put together! If you want to do a ONE stop shop I recommend Joannes. I first went to Hobby Lob and they didn't have everything I needed.

First I wrapped them in red felt.(1 yard was plenty for me). I had mixed feelings about using felt but I LOVED how it turned out. I then put the belt piece on...(you really only need 21/2 inches wide...so don't buy a 1/4 of a yard...it is WAY to much...just saying :)) (Oh and any locals...if you are going to do this...please I have PLENTY extra of the belt fabric...come stop by :)!)
The Rhinestones were seriously my favorite part. I will be honest...I was squealing when I was putting them on...I.LOVE.THEM! (one package of 52 does the trick!, and this was a only at Joannes find)

Next add fur to the bottom and make a ball for on top. The fir I found at Joannes in the trim section. It looks like Santa's beard and is OH SO CUTE! (one yard is plenty.Oh...and take a coupon...it is a little pricey... )

You then have the cutest Santa decor ever! Thank TDC for sharing. I am simply in LOVE! Please do share with me if you make them as well! I would love to see how it turns out!
