Cute Valentine Flowers!

So...I don't know about you but I LOVE Valentines Day! Is was the FIRST holiday my husband and I celebrated while dating...I love the pinks and the reds! It it just a happy fun holiday!

Well...with two little girls...I NEEDED something fun to put in there hair.
They are 2 and 3 now and LOVE new clippies!

Here are my Valentine ones...I made 7 of these in about 30 minutes... if that...
I made some to give away...they are not all for my two girls :) Just in case you were wondering!I added a rhinestone to mine in the middle...and here is how that looks...however, the possibilities are endless...buttons, beads, pearls, rhinestones or nothing... you can just play around with them...

So...here is what you need if you are going to make some...they are SO EASY!
Trust me...really... they are!

1/8th yard of fabric
something circle to trace...I used my packaging tap roll...its all I could find around the house :)
scissor
thread...I used white embroidery floss
A needle

Trace a circle on your fabric and cut out...
Make a basting stitch around the edge of your circle with your thread or floss...
Be sure to put a knot in the end so it won't pull through...
Pull your thread and all sides of the circle will go to the middle...
Stitch the center to the back so it will stay...
Add a center and you are done!
SO EASY!

Happy Bow Making!
